The Holiday Toy Drive collection is from November 1 – November 30, 2023.

This year’s One Night of Peace event will be held on Tuesday, December 5th at the Virginia Beach Convention center, in Virginia Beach, VA., from 6 pm until 9 pm.

For the past 15 years, the Holiday Toy Drive team has received donations during the month of November to assist families in need in our community.

12 years ago, they were honored to be joined by the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals. This is a huge service for many families that otherwise would not have a holiday season. Some of the recipients of the drive have been the families of battered women, servicemen and servicewomen, and families affected by homelessness.

They are looking for organizations and individuals to assist with collection and/or volunteering. Let’s help give them some joy this year, with “One Night of Peace“.

In the month of December, we hold a Holiday Party where the families are honored as special guests. At the event, the families receive their gifts and are treated to dinner, along with games, music, activities and a special visitor from the North Pole. This is a huge event for families and volunteers. To date, they have served over 400 families and 5000 people.
