We were joined by Lavonne Pledger who helped us end our week with positive energy and a great workout. It’s always fun to stay fit while bonding with our colleagues. Lavonne led us through full body movements using high-intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT intervals are typically one minute long broken up into 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of recovery. It was an intense session that left each of us ready to jumpstart our fitness goals.
