Veronica Quick has been employed with Cox Communications for 17 years within Customer Care. She is currently a supervisor in Cox’s Social Media Department. Veronica is responsible for ensuring her team is successful in building customer relationships through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter to help protect Cox’s reputation and reflect our brand values. She started her career in 2004 as a Technical Support Representative and has been promoted to many different roles in Customer Care throughout her tenure. Veronica is currently working towards her degree in Business Administration.
Veronica currently resides in Norfolk, VA with her husband and four children: Mason, Kaylee, Gabriel, and Phoenix. She enjoys riding her Harley, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
