Secretary

Tricia started with Cox Communications in the Retention department as an agent. She was first promoted to Retention Supervisor in 2016 and then came to the Inbound Sales department as a Supervisor in the Las Vegas COE in 2018. In 2020, Tricia was a Winners Circle Winner. She has also been a key player in several initiatives such as Expect Greatness, SME Mentoring, Homelife Champion, Change Network Participant, Workday Champion, and sits on the SWOG Governance Council. Tricia is currently a Sales Operations Manager in Inbound Sales. Tricia brings a passion for operations, communication, and leading through change.

Most recently, Tricia moved to the Hampton Roads COE to be closer to family. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her beautiful spouse, three amazing daughters and their dog, Daisy. Over the last few months, her family has loved exploring Virginia’s outdoors, food, and attractions.
